Firstly, you can go to take some course in cetain organization.

Especially for you,,who is adult and no any English knowledge to study English starting from 0.

In my opinion, I think watch English programs would be better than read English books.   Because watch English programs besides learn more new words and oral skills , it must be more interesting than read English books.
