帽子模組 29個 含自行繁化之amxx檔
玩家輸入/hats可以叫出選單
adm替人帶帽子指令為amx_givehat id 帽子編號
hatlist請放於amxmodx/conifgs/這
mdl請放入cstrike/models/hat/這
