求F.3 Participle phrase (包括Present & Past) 之用法及解法，書同Notes所請既都唔係好明 []
上網睇過，同notes講既差唔多- -"(唔通係我自己既問題?)
我想知單係睇一句句子，就要知用Past定係Present，
書果d話係其中搵"was" "were" 之類果D就可以用Past Participle Phrase , 但係有D句子無呢D又係用Past Participle Phrase ...
有無咩方法可以係句式，又或者其他特徵可以知道用咩Tense ?
唔該晒大家[] Present Participle 多用作 Adjective.
Example: The thrilling movie made me feel uncomfortable.
上面既句子, thrilling 就係 present participle 啦
因為 thrilling 係用黎形容 movie.
而 past participle 多指人類的感受
Example: I was impressed by his excellent work.
而呢個情況呢, impress 係個人感受
唔同上面既 thrilling (adj.)
其實有個tips, 多數past participle 後面都跟住 by
而present participle 就多數跟noun.
大概就係咁分類... 希望小弟既愚見可以幫到您 我想知單係睇一句句子，就要知用Past定係Present
was were係 verb to be
如果係被動形式要將VERB 轉為 past participle
was forced to do sth.
announcement was made
如果係進行式 亦都係喇 Verb to be + verb-ing
(者係present participle 例如 do-ing . mak-ing)
尼種唔會陌生
形容詞方面,上面答左, 同自己感覺無咩關係, 好大可能係present , 睇多D書/報紙/英語電視劇。
書果d話係其中搵"was" "were" 之類果D就可以用Past Participle Phrase , 但係有D句子無呢D又係用Past Participle Phrase ...
a)用到phrase除左係用尼放向開頭做一個 修飾例如
Making a speech , the speaker tried to grasp our attention.
Making a speech本身係一個present participle , 但係用尼 形容the speaker做緊乜
分拆兩句 : the speaker was making a speech. The speaker tried to grasp out attention.
b) 仲可以單獨放開頭做Subject
Cheating is strictly forbidden [嚴禁出貓]
No eating and drinking in the library.
至於past 做一個clause ge物体多數係用尼 強調被動, 可以唔洗點理 因為加個Being取代就得。
例如Drowned in the sea, XXXXXXXXXXX.
= Being drowned in the sea, XXXXXXXXXXX.
有無咩方法可以係句式，又或者其他特徵可以知道用咩Tense ?
