you can trade more than 3k, but you can't give away 3k.
so, you can't give out 3.1k to others for free.

Many players leave rs coz of the vanish of wildy.
And now , jagex will creat a pvp mode (player vs play mode).

Also , there is a quest which is the first one in wildy called "Spirit Of Summer".
