take right most side as reference = 0V
-ve terminal should be -2V , not 2V
B,D has the same potential as -ve terminal.
A = -2 + 1 = 1V
C = -2 - 1 = -3V
incomplete circuit, current = 0.

how come it is -2V?
In battery ,electrons flow from low potential to high potential.
If that is the case ,electrons will flow from +ve terminal to -ve terminal

長正短負, how come 負 potential > 正?

如果-ve terminal potential<+ve terminal potential
battery外面既electron仲點會由- 去 +

Try to get everything extremely clear:
Conventional current flows from high potential to low potential in the external circuit.
Electrons flow from low potential to high in the external circuit.
Electrons flow from high potential to low in the cell/battery.

To get thing more clear
cell/battery contains chemical that provide a relative potential between 2 terminals.
Electricity is conducted by mobile ions inside the cell when the 2 terminals are connected together by an external circuit.
principle of chemical cell = battery
