Take a warm bath 有好多野講的說。
Acumalation of lactic acid made muscle fatigue and muscle cramps
Warm bath makes your muscle relax (rate of contraction of muscle cell reduce)
In other hand, warm bath cause vasodilation, more blood flow to the surface to lose heat, thus, facilitate the blood circulation. Therefore, more lactic acid can disslove into the blood and flow to liver. (I think you know most of the lactic acid are break down by enzyme in liver ,right?)
