I always speaks with foreigner because my Eng oral lesson teacher comes from australia.

native speakers are people who regard eng as their mother tongue

Your school does not have NET teacher?
Of course I have experience communicating with foreigners as my school has NET teacher and I have to interview foreigners for project work.
