據說e- cloud ge擺法係好似VSEPR 入面bond pair咁...
所以果2對lone pair e- 係一個tetrahedral ge其中2個位,唔係打對面-.-...

4 electron pairs => 基本形態 is tetrahedral
Lone pairs are more repulsive than bond pairs => V-shaped
