Frankly, there is really no秘訣 for it, everyone can do it.
My family use to read english newspaper since I was young, really can learn a lot from it.
I have also taken the courses in those tutorial schools, those recipes for exam are quite useful.
For oral....seems that my chinglish can never be improved:L

AL任何一科拎A我都唔覺得係勁 唔會覺得係神
唯獨事係UE!!!!! UE拎C未必真係英文勁
但係UE拎A就真係神級咁勁 係有實力考試技巧點都考唔到條A
