以我所知無論你之前有無send過d copy比佢(cs email)
都要再send過比 receipts@paybycash.com

我果次一send完之後1-2hour就得

WAIT lor....
i did bank transfer in HK once la...
no matter how many emails i sent,,, same reply...
after one week, i stop sending (sick of send the same email...)
and it finally took them 3weeks to receive my payment
