１） 下載遊戲主程式
２） 下載你喜愛的beatmap (即樂曲連譜),下載完後直接打開該檔案 OR 拖進遊戲畫面 OR 放進 SONGS資料夾
３） 單人遊戲－＞進入遊戲，play-> solo -> 選曲
多人遊戲－＞進入遊戲，play-> multi -> 開遊戲房間／進入他人的遊戲房間
Osu!的遊戲規則:
遊戲中有三種物件
1.點(circle):只要外為接近的圈圈與點本身最外圈白色的部分重疊時點下去即可
2.滾輪(slider):點法跟點一樣，只是不一樣的地方時必須點下去=>拉著球到結束才算完成。所以操作上是:點下去壓著=>拉到定點後放開(不放開也行)
有倒轉標誌的話，要回頭喔
3.轉盤(spinner):只要按住繞著軸心旋轉即可，當旁邊的計量表及滿即通過，再多轉的話會加分
操作方法有兩種
一、是移動滑鼠對準目標，用滑鼠的左鍵或右鍵(功能相同)來點擊
二、是移動滑鼠對準目標，用鍵盤上的ZX鍵來點擊
三、osu還可以使用tablet(手寫板)來進行遊戲。不過tablet的點擊設定似乎有些問題。所以大部分的tablet玩家是用筆代替滑鼠的功能，在鍵盤點擊。(感謝迪西提供^^)
