藍色箭(mithril arrow)可以打乜野出?? if you're f2p... i think the only monster that drop mith arrow is moss giant?i'm not sure about this tho...
but at least you can buy them in Varrock range shop if ur f2p...
for p2p, more shops around of cos, and you can fletch them yourself
