In f2p , 用 Superheat ( level - 43 ) Magic 來升就最平最快... click 2 野 Superheat 先等於人地 click 1 野 high alch。

做法就係買 2 Coal ore , 1 iron , 1 nature , 之後就整佢做 Steel bar ,之後 sell

計返條數都只係 lose about 30 gp.但 exp 就多了。

full iron + staff + curse + zammy monk is varrock + epic
不過我見過有人用 mud staff 係 lumby castle 最底果層打d spider,
好似打極都吾會中,你可以試試,佢用 stun 的
