N, O, F are so-called highly-electronagative atom
chlorine , although has a greater value on EN, due to it size (it is a period III element), it does not possess some special characteristics e.g. formation of hydrogen bonding among adjacent molecules.
anyway, if you are not an AL guy, u are not required to know these stuff.

2.)因為a岩ethonal is neutral 麻....
所以d錯.
