HKBN say cannot change ip!?

Therefore I change to hkbn one week before.After i change,i still find that my new ip
is blocked again.I phoned the CS, they told me their ip is mobile.
It cannot be changed!!
I wonder the fault of hkbn or you guys are lying that ip can be changed!!
Someone say after changing mac address, the ip will change,is it true? 流動ip雖然不斷改變,但總會有一個正實ip,係cs人員唔肯幫你轉
另外,有hkbn用戶係用固定ip的,所以佢地可以轉ip,並入到game so hkbn fake me? maybe啦...
總之打去cs只係會聽佢up廢話! He said he can login the game in hkbn center

我係hkbn我都係直接玩到,但係問題係有d ip係被block is this really related to ip
or it has another reason?
