HKBN say cannot change ip!?

I am using pccw before and i found that i cannot login the game one year ago.

Therefore I change to hkbn one week before.After i change,i still find that my new ip

is blocked again.I phoned the CS, they told me their ip is mobile.

It cannot be changed!!

I wonder the fault of hkbn or you guys are lying that ip can be changed!!

Someone say after changing mac address, the ip will change,is it true?

流動ip雖然不斷改變,但總會有一個正實ip,係cs人員唔肯幫你轉

另外,有hkbn用戶係用固定ip的,所以佢地可以轉ip,並入到game
