Econ&Finance or Food and Nutritional Science is better

If I failed to get in QFin,IFAA,AC,BBA(law),BBA(IBGM),Risk Man and Business Intellegence,for which the possibiliy would be known after the announcement of AL result,should I consider Econ&Fin or FNS??
Of coz,I mostly consider the prospect as I am interested in both of them.

For FNS,the prospect seems to be ok for a science subject.If you graduate with 2.1Hons or above,you may enter some famous food company such as Vita.[[tk_11]]Moreover,the demand for professionals in the food industry,including food safety,is obviously increasing[[tk_06]].However,that's only some anticipation and the fact may be another way round[[tk_14]]

For Econ&Fin,you all know HK is a territory which greatly depends on finance to bring prosperity to the society,the demand for Fin ppl is seemingly high.Finance guy maybe easier to find a job than a FNS guy[[tk_02]]
Nevertheless,Econ&Fin is actually not so pro,it dun have any competetiveness against some "better" business degrees such as IFAA,QFin,Risk Man...

So,I am bothering to choose the "substitutes" of Qfin,IFAA,Risk Man and Biz Intel,etc

No,I am still form six[[tk_02]]
Actually my goals are very obvious,however,someone asked me what if I can't get into those subjects.
I dun hv an ans but I should have an answer.
