Students who are studying overseas should know English quite well.
Furthermore, students who plan to study overseas should have a higher standard of English. Therefore, I, the monitor, suggest all members to use more English. It is just voluntary and there are no awards or punishments, but please do not use cantonese-English.

Suggested correction.

Students who are studying in oversea should know English quite well.
Students who plan to study in oversea should have a higher standard of English.
So I suggest you use more English to practise.
It is just voluntary.
There are no awards or punishments, but please do not use "chingEnglish" (chineseEnglish).
