How to improve my speed of reading books?
I can't read very fast only 1XX words in a minutes..
how to improve it, can anyone tell me?

Well, I don't actually count the number of words I read in a minute.
I found out that I use half a minute to read a page of the book :
Harry Potter : The Chamber of Secrets.
I think in order to improve your reading speed, you must know the book. From that I mean you should know about the vocabulary and the story of the book you are reading. You HAVE TO choose a book which is suitable for yourself. I try to read the first two sentences to know if the book is suitable for me or not.  In these two sentences, you have to know about what the sentence is talking about without using a dictionary. Well, you should read more books in order to improve your reading skills. This can improve your comprehension skills and have fun while reading. As time passes, you would find out that you are reading faster and faster while your writing and comprehension skills are getting better.

Since my english is bad,i read english new paper everyday
i think my read speed is higher than before me
besides,i  can learn a lot of word to write

some grammar errors..... newspaper not new paper

for transition word is besides this not besides

Well, read more books definitely can improve your reading skill
Moreover, basic reading technique reading and scanning make us easy to know the theme of the paragraph

Up to now, i get disappointed to myself ( I get shitty mark on toefl reading section)
