AL 解釋, 因為4s orbital 未fill電子之層的energy level 比3d orbital為低

n=3 , l =3-1 = 2 =(0,1,2), s, p, d orbitals
e.g. 5d Vs 6p
5d = 5+0.7(2) =6.4
6p = 6+0.7(1)=6.7
