uses ur eyes la -.-
open up the map that undead provide you...
open up world map in rs, see where u have to go...
once u arrive, u'll see a dude with a big backpack...
btw, on the map undead provided, where the cape is on that map, where are the cape traders...
it isn't that hard to find
