He is banned by Mod Mat K. People often say Jagex computer make stupid mistakes all the time. But I really dont know a Jagex person staff will still make such stupid mistakes.

seriously guys do u know there is a player name Runescape? His main is "B" an he got banned when he was lvl 30 , try to go on his clan chat, there are tonnes of ppl there everyday. I understand why Jagex banned you. Coz there are all many players trying to impersonating jagex's staffs and i often encounter that, tbh why don't you jus create a new account like jack 1337 - leet rather than ex. If Jack Ex was a high lvl account i feel sorry for u bro
