and if u notice,

haloalkane ge hydrolysis 都係以Sn1 來行動...(from new way)

有好多野, e.g. tempeature, solvent used, strength of nucleophile/bases 都會令結果有好大分別

加多少少, 講真我都未必清楚個結果, 但以考試立場
用來屈answer

if you observe , tertiary >secondary> primary , 理論上屈哂佢地行Sn1 就可以

如果係tertiary > primary > secondary , 屈一個Sn1 ,其他Sn2
如果係primary>secondary>tertiary ,屈佢行Sn2 reaction

from past paper .....to determine which is aryl halide and haloalkane
the method is warm with AgNO3 in aqueous ethanol
the one with no ppt formed is halolkane

why we need AgNO3 in aqueous ethanol

i m sorry its arly halide
but the main point is why AgNO3 in aqueous ethanol is used

Ag+(aq)+X-(aq)-->AgX

係的AgNO3應該係(aq) , 再加ethanol (medium)

why 加ethanol is needed ???
water and ethanol both are polar
