probably becoz IBGM is sth very new,in comparison to the distinguished GBus?
(and the business school of hku ....is widely regarded as more inferior than those in cu and ust)  
anyway, according to my frds in HSSC,
the upper quatile (6A) and the median(5A) of Gbus didnt accept the offer at the end----they went to some IVE colleges abroad.
So the real difference is not that huge.
