Can you watch a English program without Chinese subtitles ?

I can just understand 70-80% if the program has got English subtitles
for example, the news report of TVB pearl
If the program has no subtitles, I can only understand half of it-.-
I've watch two movie without subtitles before.
That's really hard for me that I've to listen very carefully-.-

It 's really difficult for me to watch a TV program without any sudtitles,
since I am not an enthusiast about English ~
