[AL]partition coefficient experiment ~~ chem神快進

而家做左1個experiment of partition coefficient of acid in ether and water ...
做30cm3 ether and 30cm3 water , 1.5g acid

而家又做第2個experiment 就同第1個一樣 但係轉1樣野 就係用60cm3 ether instead

問題 問 which following would be change?
(1) conc. of acid in ether
(2) conc. of acid in water
(3)partition coefficient


我諗1同2 應該會變因為no mole of acid per vol solvent 唔同左
但3 應該唔變...

我個fd話我錯 係應該3個都唔變...why?
我錯定點[[tk_35]]

酸在水中的電離作用會使更多的酸溶於水中

如果該酸為乙酸
乙酸在乙醚中透過氫鍵結合成二聚物
這個現象也會使較多乙酸溶於乙醚中

但是酸只是固定量......

應該 全部都唔變 , 係, 冇錯 no.of mole of acid 唔同左 , 同時 volume 都有變 ,
所以conc. of acid 係唔變 .

1,2都係唔會變....的確volume變左....但是溶於ether和water的acid mole一樣改變,ether的volume多左1倍,因此溶於ether的acid亦多左1倍...因此根據公式(mole/volume)=conc.就會不變,同樣water原理都一樣
