There are some useful methods I can advise you to do.
1.Read the English newspaper
2.Read the English stroy books(I think you may read the books start from P.5 Level)
3.Use English to talk more with your family and Friends=_="
4.Type English for your comments even you know your grammar is wrong

You have to learn more vocabulary by reading newspaper first.
Then, you may be interested in learning English.

no, I don't think you marks are low as it is already higher than 60%
In my case, I only get around 50% which is far lower than yours.

I attend P Chan's classes too.
Only when  i go to P Chan's classes can I widen my horizons.
You need to place greater emphasis on 5* writing of the notes provided.
