try buying silver ore from ge and smelt them into bar, then sell them at ge( no profit)(faster)
or
buy iron ore and coal from ge and smelt steelbar, then sell them at ge (about 170 profit per bar)(slower)

Buy 1k iron ore and 2k coal... smelt to steel bars in al khard... sell the steel bars and buy iron ore and ore.
Repeat again and again until lvl.50... perhaps there would be a gain

for your lv, all the way up to lv 7x, u can just do fog, blasting is fast and u r given free runes there, best choice there is, in fact, once u can do high alch, u can do high alch till even lv 99, for me i did fire strike n blast till lv 70s and alched all the way from lv 70s to 98
