download 唔到明星3缺1

Hi, I am in Canada.  I was facing trouble to install the 明星3缺1.更新主程式 and 遊戲大廳. I tried these few days for several times and every time it stopped at about 500kb out of 168MB and
also the estimate time for downloading was more than 20 hours and it was saying that there are some corrupted files when I try to setup.
Please help and advise what to do. I am using Window Vista.  Thank you.
