if you hv a name next to targ, then that person is your targ, where you are his targ at the same time...
both of you have to fight or hunt each other down...
i personally don't pk much, i'll usually bank my stuff and let targ ko me... or fight him sometimes...
after ur battle, or either one of you are dead, the name will then disappear, and you'll have to wait for another targ...
ep = earn potential...
the higher the ep you are, the higher the chance you'll get good loots after a kill...
and to get ep, u'll hv to be in wildy where others can fight you...
max ep you can get is 25% in every 30mins for p2p, and i think it's 10% for f2p? i don't remember...
in order to get max ep per 30mins, p2p need to risk 75k and 25k for f2p
