所以W=Fs
P=Fs/t =/= Fv
不過如果個物件係由0加速
P=1/2Fv
推法係咁
W=Fs
W/t=Fs/t
P=Ft[(v-u)/2]/t             (v-u)/2=average speed<----點解係咁?
P=0.5Fv
成段都唔係好明

P = Fv  is to find the constant power when v is constant
如果有acceleration的話, v 就不是constant, P 也都不是

而家要搵average power,所以就要搵average velocity.
average velocity = total displacement / total time taken
= s/t
= [(u+v)t/2] / t            <~~ kinematic 4條公式之1
= (u+v)/2
if initial speed is 0, average velocity = v/2
substitute into P=Fv
u get average power= 1/2Fv

就係v係火車  u係我  咁就係v-u

但係如果
v係我  u係火車   咁就係u+v啦

而家講緊power,只有一舊野,with initial speed u , final speed v , 關火車乜事.
