i have no idea wat it is... i have been wc for years... never seen this wor..
is it some sort of new random? did u get the random gift box after?
coz i have been doing yews since i was 70wc.... which is about since 1yr ago... =/
maybe it is only with willows?

2nd thought... (didn't read carefully last time =P)
maybe it is some sort of information.. becoz it seeems it telling you that you can visit a place called "winkins farm" and get some seeds to farm.
and you can speak to the npc called "Tool Leprechaun" (the person who can store farming tools for you next to farming patches) to find more information on that...
