Blink-182樂隊最早組建于1993年，這只有三個人組成的樂隊最初在美國加利福尼亞州南部的Poway成立，當時的名字叫做Blink，由歌手兼吉他手TomDelonge首先創立，另外兩名成員分別是他的朋友，貝斯手MarkHoppus和鼓手Scott"MadDog"Raynor。但是Blink樂隊在成立不久之後，他們被告知自己樂隊的名字和愛爾蘭一支樂隊相同，並且有可能因此受到法律方面的指控，TomDelonge和其他兩名成員被迫在樂隊名字的後邊加上了後綴數字182以示區別，于是就形成了樂隊現有的名稱Blink-182，至于數字182的含義，樂隊成員表示這只是他們隨機任意挑選的數字而已，並沒有什麼特別的含義。

05年正式解散  本年宣佈復出!!

Tom DeLonge (吉他手,主音)
(born December 13 1975) is an American musician and the guitarist and one of the two lead vocalists for the punk rock band Blink-182. DeLonge is also the guitarist and lead vocalist for the alternative rock band Angels & Airwaves.

Mark Hoppus(貝斯手,主音)
Mark Allan Hoppus (born March 15, 1972) is an American musician and record producer. Hoppus is one of the founding members of the pop punk band Blink-182 and the alternative rock band +44. He plays bass guitar and provides vocals for both bands. As of late, Hoppus has produced albums for groups like Idiot Pilot, New Found Glory, The Matches, and Motion City Soundtrack. He is known for his lower voice and, in Blink-182, usually sings either lead or provides backing vocals for Blink-182 co-vocalist Tom DeLonge. He is also known for his concern over the environment and global warming.

Travis Barker(鼓手)
(born November 14, 1975) is an American drummer and the current drummer for pop punk trio Blink-182. He has also been a drummer for several side projects including +44, Box Car Racer, Transplants and Expensive Taste. He is ranked 83 on the "Rolling Stones: 100 Greatest Drummers" list.

前鼓手Scott William Raynor
(born May 23, 1978) was the original drummer, and a founding member of Blink-182 (1992-1998), until he was asked to leave the band in mid-1998. He was replaced by Travis Barker.
