Still...the best way for nowadays is the armoured zombies, you can get 80-100k xp/hr. I'm thinking of going for 99 def as well, come and train with me sometimes la, ccy =D

Of course u can afk there la =.= cause all u need to do is turn on ur prayer and then afk for about 4-5 mins, and then go up the stairs and recharge ur pray at the altar and go down again...
