dunno if i can help or not...

or maybe you could try to have a look on forum to find ppl who are doing hero's quest
and they are phoenix gang member?

don't have time..

to go to ge... tele to varrock and walk there.
or u could complete easy varrock diary, then change ur varrock tele point to GE
