How to improve communication skills?
As i don't have chance talking in English in daily life.

I may suggest going to some course which is talk with the foreigners.
So you may find the ropes of "how to improve communication skills"

You maybe nervous first time but you will be improved soon or later.

you should be listen more and speak more to write

you should first get used to the English medium.though being repeated for many times,still,the things that you have to do is to listen more and speak more.try to listen the bbc and be farmiliar with it,then,find whatever the pessage or news that you are interested in,and speak.it is better for you to learn phonics so you can guess how to pronounce the words more easily.
remember,English is a language,other than to memorize the things,you should use it,to apply it into the daily life,and this is the only way to improve your standard

The best way is to talk more!
Having no chance to speak in English is an excuse,doesn't it?
You have already given many chances such as speaking with your friends even English teacher! Telling us no chance seems you have not cherished you stidies.
