f2p 砍 willow trees 最快, 正常人 1-3 個月應該有 99 咖啦
p2p 砍 willow / ivy 最快, 識 powercutting 就砍 teak 最快

I don't know if you're f2p or p2p...
But anyways, here're the methods you can use to get 99wc

f2p: Williows all the way...
        Best two bet is I guess the williows in draynor village or south of varrock...
        if you choose the if u choose willows in draynor village, bank or drop
        if south of varrock, fm them or drop.

p2p: do you want profit as well?
        "Yes, I want profit!" maybe you can start with yew now? better williow till 75wc =P
        then yew all the way to 99...
         "No, I just want fast xp!" williow till maybe 75wc? then swap to ivy till 99wc
