when you have a skill at level 99, you can buy a skillcape
Or if you have finished all quests, you can buy the quest point cape
When wearing a skillcape/questcape, you can perform a specific emote
and also activate the cape so that your level becomes 100/99
stats for the capes are all def bonus +9
if you have more than 1 skillcape
all skillcapes will be trimmed
trimmed capes have a +4 prayer bonus as well (this does not apply to questcape)
