There's difference between "let" and "let's" =) .

Ahha just find a minor mistake in your first sentence.

It is nakuz member"s" but not member because you are mentioning more than one nakuz members.

Even native speakers make mistakes too, let alone local English teachers.
Grammar rules are of course important.
In formal occasions (e.g. when we are in class / attend a lecture), or when we write, we should stick to the grammar rules specified.

When people chat grammar rules are not that strict.
Why should we be so restrained? Just let it go. Practice makes perfect.

When you are chatting with your friends will you pick up on your friends' mistakes?
I am sure you won't.
