That's not fussy man, you're too sensitive
calm down okay?
If they don't realise their mistakes, they will still use the wrong stuffs
or because you want to be the one who correct their mistakes, just like what you did such as changing the grammar of the rules?

You've misinterpreted my words. Of course it is good if you manage to speak perfectly.
Even native speakers make mistakes too, let alone local English teachers.
Grammar rules are of course important.
In formal occasions (e.g. when we are in class / attend a lecture), or when we write, we should stick to the grammar rules specified.
When people chat grammar rules are not that strict.
Why should we be so restrained? Just let it go. Practice makes perfect.
When you are chatting with your friends will you pick up on your friends' mistakes?
