u can improve the eng a lot.

Yup Grammar is important, but not such important =)

As you can see in Hong Kong, people just know the form of grammar, but they don't even know the meaning.

For instance, "have cited", yea people know it is present perfect tense, but how many people how to use it?

This is the major problem in HongKong.

*To give you an advice, try to make the sentences simpler. =)

they only know the tense name and the definition.

You should use "the" before moderator because you're taking a specific thing =).

Actually I'm here for several years with different accounts. So you can say I have applied it. But truly I'm not using this account to apply =).
