It is essential to express and exchange opinions among individuals of a group in order to increase communication. Regular meeting and discussions can certainly achieve that goal. In a meeting or discussion, group mates can share their ideas with other and the best idea can be selected by the group. Moreover, feedback and comments can be made by group mates for further improvement. Therefore, communication can be increased and the quality of communication can be enhanced.
Communication breakdown can be such a big trouble that communication will become ineffective and wrong messages may be sent and received, especially in the way of letter or text. Regular meeting and discussion is undoubtedly a cure for this.
