Actually, I think that the first rule is not down to earth. Don't forget that Nakuz is a forum for GAMES! How many games players are capable of using English to communicate? Setting English as the only language allowed is not encouraging more Nakuzers to come but restraining and discouraging them! This makes people with good English will remain staying here but others with poor English do not seem to come.
