I've finished The Catcher In The Rye just a couple of weeks ago,and I think this is a good book.
The book talks about teenage affairs and youngsters will find it's easy to get into the scenes the character faces,and even find the character's feeling familiar to them,because that's what a teenage guy feel.
Through reading the book,you will find it easy to stick into,because what the character does may also be what we will do.
As a teenager,I have to admit the book somehow reflects my thoughts.Angst,confusion,doubt,rebellion...these are what we are experiencing when we try to shape ourselves into an adult,when we try to adapt ourselves to the adult world.
Yet,we are still not an adult.We struggle,we swear,we cry and we err.
We have to pass through many challenges before we find our goal,then we call ourselves a grown man.
The Catcher In The Rye is a book that every young man will feel coherent after reading it.The language used is plain,and close to what common young men use,so it shan't be too difficult to read.
