I don't no how Improved grammar?

My grammar is so bad,but I don't no how Improved
for example : I don't no why need plus ('t) and ('s)
Second problem. I watch English newspaper, I do not understand loads of word. I can how Improved this situation.

英語小教室:
read =閱讀 read books/newspaper/magazine
watch =睇 watch movies/ fireworks

   (都係用番中文同你講)學習一種語言是沒有速成的
樓主所講有閱讀英文報章
卻未能理解大量英文生字
我認為樓主可以每次在閱報時打開字典
把不懂的字學懂 還要牢牢記住

另外
樓主也可以考慮購買英文參考書
特別是生字書
嗰書會將唔同基礎生字分門別類

最重要係樓主要有恆心
