afk means that when ur doing sth like fish, since the log out time limit is 5mins...
in the 5mins, u r surfing the net, doing other stuff... but not focusing or looking at the RS page...

SW is like CW... check www.tip.it/runescape --> mini-games --> soul wars urself la...
10m def xp will take ages... from the Jagex info, if i remember it right, rasie a lvl from lvl1-99... on average u need 2000hrs

係叫你係SW 到,唔好做嘢,等GAME END  (don;t att  ppls or d monster) and u will get zeal and u get those for def exp
