your best bet is get lots Fire Bolt's runes and tele crab runes, and go to mage tower and kill lesser demons. even p2p do that...
when u hit 54mage i think? watever, when u can use high alch, then high alch stuff to train.
btw, there are no such way to train good xp fast and earn at the same time, especailly in f2p....
coz if ur p2p, and hv gd enough rc lvl, craft nats urself, and superheat them, that will make u some money...
even with high alch, many ppl go for yew longs/mage longs... if you buy both bows from others or in ge, and nats, u'll lose money... if you buy all materials, fletch bows, and buy nats to alch, you lose money... so the best way is to chop logs, bow rest, get nats as monster loots then alch, and you'll make money.... =] that's how i do as p2p...
it'll be a bit hard to lvl mage in f2p and make money at the same time... so i suggest you to fire bolt lessers in the cage in mage tower, hope ur lucky enough to get some gd loots to cover your cost...
