Recharge of the Fist Of Guthix rewards

hi it's me again.
I want to ask about that
how can I recharge the objects that got from the Fist Of Guthix rewards?
Every rewards have their fixed charges originally but it lost after a few days ago.
How can I recharge it or there's no way to recharge?
