First get 52 summoning for terrorbird, I see you are just 1 level away.
Nomad is done by someone with 75 range and just a bull ant so it is never a mission impossible for you.
What myself always recommend for Nomad is Sap/Leech prayer (depends on prayer level).
Therefore I suggest you to get curses before fighting him.
Sap all his 5 stats and keep hitting ruby bolt on him(diamond or melee him when he use melee). Hide his 75damage atk by going behind the pillar, and eat fast after his 1hp left atk. Bring the right ratio of sara brew and super restores (this has to be done by trial and error, but in my opinion it should be around 7-9 restore + all brew). And finally good luck (70% of victory depends on it)~
