就係貼刮貼既方法
我對住張膠片真係毫無頭緒- -"

then use a toothpick to 刮 till the image totally off from the clear plastic.

Depends on how you paint your model kid. if you use something that is too hard to do so, it might damage the paint.
Use those that you don't need to practice with different tools Ba.
